     A lot of people want to be slim within days. In achieving their goal of weight loss, they do follow a severe diet plan and take heavy exercise. As a result, they lose weight often, but they do not remain fit or healthy because of the loss of essential minerals and vitamins.      Another way fiber helps with weight loss is by regulating your blood sugar levels. Sugar molecules are bonded with fibers, which do not let them free quickly. So high-fiber foods are digested more slowly, which means that they release glucose into the bloodstream at a slower rate. This helps prevent spikes in blood sugar levels, which can lead to cravings for sugary foods.

   Other Benefits of Fiber:

    In addition to promoting weight loss, fibre has many other health benefits. It can help reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke, and type 2 diabetes. It can also help improve your gut health by promoting the growth of healthy gut bacteria.

Refined flour and refined sugar are pure forms of carbs, so they digest quickly, absorb into the blood, and increase the risk of diabetes and heart attack.
